Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you reserve the right to return the item, within a 14 day period without reason. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item to your bank account.

Important note: items that have been used cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. 

Before returning an item we advise you to carefully read the return policy conditions below.

Return Policy Conditions:

All returned items should meet the following conditions:

  • The approval period of 14 days has not yet past, after the 14 day approval period the purchase is legalized
  • The item has not been used and is in the original packaging and undamaged
  • The shipping costs have to be paid by the customer
  • Clearly state the Blowout Babe return address on the shipping box
  • Items are to be firmly and carefully packaged for shipping and returned undamaged. For instance, pack the original bag in an extra shipping bag so that it will not damage during transport. 

Inspection upon delivery
Inspect items upon delivery. Please check that they are undamaged and that the items received are the same listed on the invoice. In the event that this isn't the case, please report this within 24 hours via info@blowout-babe.com.

Return form
In order to process your return, you need to contact us via info@blowout-babe.com. 

Can I exchange items?
When an item is returned, the purchase price is automatically refunded to your bank account or PayPal. Exchanging an item is therefore not possible. If you wish to order a new item, you can place a new order on the website. If you place a new order after returning an item, Blowout Babe will charge delivery costs for this item.
